3. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to revision at the brand’s discretion.
• Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Payments must be completed in full before order processing.
• Taxes, duties, and levies (where applicable) will be charged as per government regulations. For international clients, customs duties and import taxes, if any, shall be borne by the recipient.

4. Orders & Shipping
• All creations are made-to-order. Once your order and payment are confirmed, our atelier begins production.
• Standard production and delivery timelines vary between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the garment.
• Domestic Shipping (within India): Complimentary.
• International Shipping: Charges apply and vary by destination, weight, and order size. Detailed charges will be shared upon inquiry before order confirmation.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Alterations
• As each piece is handcrafted exclusively for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
• In the rare case of product defects or errors from our end, we will review and provide appropriate resolution.
• Alterations:
• Complimentary basic alterations are offered up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Beyond complimentary services, additional alteration requests will be chargeable.
• For international clients, shipping costs related to alterations must be borne by the customer.
