• All garments are custom-made and take between 4 to 8 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the design.
• Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will share an estimated delivery timeline.
• For urgent requirements, clients may connect with us directly to check feasibility of expedited services.
• For large, XL, and plus sizes, additional charges will be applicable. 

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
• Shipping charges will apply across India.
• Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details on your registered email/phone.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

3. International Shipping
• We ship worldwide. International shipping charges are additional and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Duties, taxes, and customs charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the client as per the destination country’s regulations.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on international logistics and customs clearance.

4. Returns & Exchanges
• As each piece is made-to-order and specially handcrafted for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
• In case of a manufacturing defect or error from our end, we will carefully review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Alterations
• We are pleased to offer complimentary basic alterations within 30 days of delivery.
• Alterations beyond this period, or those requiring significant modifications, may be subject to additional charges.
• For international clients, shipping costs related to alterations will need to be borne by the customer.

• While we strive to adhere to committed timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as supply chain disruptions, customs clearance, or natural causes).
